In watching the John Gray “Staying Happy with a Healthy Microbiome” video I referenced earlier, I’ve learned (to my delight) that he says there’s a proven way for cows’ milk intolerant people to establish the good gut microflora from Bravo yogurt.
Seeking his recipe, I found this:
To make homemade suppository, mix 3 TBSP of yogurt and 3 TBSP of coconut oil. (The coconut oil should be like soft butter.) From this mixture, form twelve 1” inch rolls. Refrigerate to harden. Use every night before bed. Simply insert it – it will stay inside and repopulate the colon with beneficial probiotics.
